Really enjoyed our air-conditioned and newly decorated rooms.

The bed was really nice, and the room itself was nice big.

The total stay was really nice during our visit. The breakfast had a huge variety of great options, and was more than adequate and nice hot. All the staff was excellent friendly and decent, resolved our issues. The hotel had a central position just off the Washington Central for lunch on Saturday 16th February, the town centre and many coffee shops, Debenhams, Toy shops for the kids JD Sports, all that stuff.

It was reasonably clean, air conditioned room.

The decor desperately needs a revamp!!! Limited parking capacity caused inconvenience, and hygiene in the leisure facilities left much to be desired!!! Soundproofing is inadequate!!! The internet service was annoyingly poor!!!

I had an amazing stay! The spacious room was a delight, especially with the fantastic rainfall shower. Dinner and breakfast were truly delicious, especially the fresh-squeezed orange juice!

We explored the fine lakes and took some amazing walks. The pool was a great way to unwind after a day of biking. Super nice team, and the breakfast hit the spot. Recommend staying here for a fun group getaway.

The only downside was the noise from the main road outside my room, a bit disruptive at times. It could be better soundproofed.

I had a fantastic stay with amazing dining featuring very nice vegan meals tailored just for me. The pool was massive and a great escape. Can't wait to return!

I enjoyed my stay here with pleasant surprises like the friendly staff and relaxing pool facilities. Noise from the street was a minor distraction. The delicious breakfast options were a highlight for fueling my adventures exploring local breweries.

Room was spacious with a comfy sofa bed, tv, electric kettle, and free toiletries. Loved the heated indoor swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast selection included freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The gym had good equipment with clean locker rooms. Staff were very helpful and attentive throughout.

Upon arrival, the room quality fell far below even basic expectations, resembling a dated guest room. Despite the lackluster accommodations, the made-from-scratch pastries offered at breakfast provided a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, persistent issues with noise from adjacent rooms hampered any chance of a restful night, while a fire alarm incident revealed disorganization among the staff. Such experiences diminished the perceived value of the stay significantly.

The comfortable room provided a cozy retreat after a day out. I enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant, with a tasty menu selection. Tip, book early for parking as spaces fill quickly! A satisfactory experience despite minor connectivity issues. Friendly staff made a difference!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the room had a tv and access to an off-site car park, made our stay enjoyable and convenient for exploring the area.
